Hi! I’m Christy.
I’m a strength coach who believes progress doesn’t come from secrets, motivation, or the latest fitness trend. It comes from clear programming, steady execution, and refining the basics over time. My job is to strip away the noise and give you systems that actually work.
Before coaching, I worked in financial systems, where I designed databases, built reporting tools, and created ways for people to see and use information clearly. That background shapes how I coach in that I organize training and nutrition into structures that make sense, cut out noise, and give you actionable clarity.
Training and nutrition are my longest-standing interests, and I’ve been immersed in them for 26 years. I’ve poured thousands of hours into learning, practicing, and refining technique through both self-experimentation and from being coached myself. This experience led me to teach others consistency with the basic (and often boring) principles of training and diet that actually produce results.
I maintain a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, but the foundation of my coaching comes from two and a half decades under the bar and over a decade coaching lifters directly. I focus on clients who are self-motivated, value structure, and want clear, honest feedback without hype.
